Refund policy
We have a 2-day return policy, which means you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at business@hempverse.in. You may also share the pictures/ video of unboxing to let us know the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- Items that are in perfect condition as per the placed order will not be accepted for return or exchange.
- Please note that only a part of the order cannot be exchanged.
- Items exchanged for the first time will be free of cost.
- We reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit given the nature of the product.
- If an incorrect or incomplete shipping address has been passed over to us, or if there are failed attempts by our shipping agency to deliver to the address and/or the package is refused by the recipient, we won’t be able to offer the refund.
- Upon acceptance of the return, you will be eligible for refund amount, deducting the shipping charges or can be exchanged for similar product of same value.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect as per your order. For an exchange, the item must meet the same eligibility criteria as a return: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at business@hempverse.in to initiate the process. We will assess your request based on the condition of the item and the reason for the exchange.
Only the entire order, not a part of it, can be exchanged.
The first exchange for an order will be processed free of cost, covering shipping charges for the replacement item.
For a faster exchange, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible for return) and making a separate purchase for the new item once your return is accepted.
Upon acceptance of your exchange request, the replacement product will be delivered within 7-10 business days.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded through online mode. The shipping charges will be non-refundable (will be deducted from refund amount). Post approval, we will process the refund within 5-8 business days and it will be credited to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Cancellation
An order can be cancelled only within 48 hours of placing the order. In case the product is shipped, then the order cannot be cancelled even if it is within the 48-hour time.
